Jason Gano
CEO
Jason is a 38 year veteran of the music industry working for such notable companies as Marshall Amplification, Korg USA, Cordoba Music Group, Hanser Music Group, Loud Technologies and St Louis Music.
A 1992 Graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Music Education, Jason is an active bassist and has had the privilege of performing across the United States and Canada with many Jazz Artist including: Mike Stern, Mark Pender (Conan O'Brien Show), Michael Feinstein, John Faddis and The Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra.

Natalie Kyriakoudis
CFO
Natalie is a versatile growth leader with over 25 years’ experience developing teams and systems for adaptable scale and continuous improvement. She thrives in finding poetry in plumbing (James March) . Prior to MIRC, she was CFO for KCRW and COO & CFO for Cordoba Music Group, with experience including building an acoustic guitar factory, a $1B initial public offering, and leading acquisitions and organizational transformations in a broad range of industries.
Natalie began her career with KPMG, is a CPA and CGMA (inactive), and holds a BBA in Accounting, BA in Economics and minor in Philosophy from the College of William and Mary. She studied violin at the New England Conservatory of Music.

VP of Operations
Since joining MIRC in 2004, Ian has led the development of MIRC’s unique technical, production and operational processes. His expertise in guitar refurbishment includes a blend of hands-on skill and craftsmanship, industry knowledge and operational insights. He is a passionate people leader, inspiring a culture of curiosity, problem-solving and collaboration.
Ian is a lifelong guitarist and outdoor enthusiast.
